Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store, so it is not possible to try on the watches in person. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you order the watches online and they do not meet your expectations.

If the watch does not meet your expectations for any reason and is in undamaged condition, you have nothing to worry about. Just follow this simple procedure:
- Email us at [support@kloki.cz] and let us know why you are returning the watch – your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us continuously improve the product.
- Check the watch – it must be undamaged, without scratches or signs of wear.
- Pack it securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Send the package to the address:

Once the watch arrives and passes inspection, we will refund your money.
If the watch does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days, provided it is undamaged and unblemished. This way, you have the opportunity to try the watch without any risk. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, meaning undamaged and without scratches.
If you have a problem with the watch, we will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. We recommend following these steps:

Unfortunately, repair or replacement of the display is not technically possible. However, to make things easier for you, we offer the option to get a new watch at a discounted price. If you are interested, please write to us at support@kloki.cz and we will arrange the next steps with you.
