Great watch and amazing customer service! We're very happy with the Kloki watch. It gives our son enormous freedom, comfort and safety, because he can get in touch with us instantly at any time. For us parents, in turn, it brings the peace of mind we'd longed for. Our son also absolutely loves it – and he's already 10 and still eagerly wants to keep wearing it. I'd also really like to highlight the very helpful staff. When, after 3 years of wearing it, my son broke the display through his own carelessness, the company immediately offered us help and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction. I warmly recommend both the watch and the company's approach to all parents!

The watch is good so far. My daughter learned how to use it relatively quickly. There's been no problem with location tracking so far, but we've only had it up and running for 3 days, so we'll keep testing. The battery life is short, but given the features it's, in my view, reasonable. We're happy so far, although there are certainly things that could be improved.

This purchase was a bullseye. The watch is beautifully made, reliable and looks fantastic on the wrist. On its own it deserves five stars. But the real icing on the cake is the customer support. When I needed advice on choosing the right strap and then setting it up, support replied straight away and sorted everything out to my complete satisfaction. You can tell they really do care about their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We haven't had the watch long, but we still rate it positively. It meets all our requirements. We can get through to our son or send him a message. The location is more or less accurate.

Hello, this watch is absolutely amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend it. It fits my child's wrist just right, it's not too big or too small. The features are absolutely brilliant, 20 minutes of calling in the subscription plus the option to buy more. Voice messages are completely ideal. My son and I use them every day, and thanks to the watch he started going out on his own at the age of 5. I can see where he is and I can be completely at ease. Thank you so, so much ❤️

Our second watch from Kloki and once again 100% satisfaction [unfortunately, through our own fault, there was some mechanical damage – otherwise I wouldn't even have replaced our first One]. The Star version really is a better version of the original One – more refined features, once again completely reliable GPS and great battery life. Compared with other competing watches, above all you're not paying for an unnecessarily expensive plan – you don't have to deal with a mobile operator, calls go through the switchboard. There's nothing unnecessary in the watch, yet it isn't "just functional", it's also appealing enough [skin settings, pedometer, etc.]. The app is perfect and there's nothing we're missing in it at the moment. What I must highlight from my own experience, though, and what personally reassured me once again that I'm choosing well, is the truly brilliant customer service. You're not dealing with some bot, but with real employees with a professional approach who believe in the product they represent, and that's nice. As far as I'm concerned, we're happy for the second year running – thanks to the reliability of both the device and the service, we have neither the urge nor the need to get our child a mobile phone :).
