Super hodinky

Hodinky skvěle fungují okamžitě 🙂 zatím jsme si vystačili pouze s funkcí posílání hlasových zpráv, takže placené minuty volání nás netrápí. Jen mi tam chybí možnost posílat zprávy jednotlivým kontaktům. Teď to chodí úplně všem a je to dost nepřehledné.

Komunikace s obchodem je perfektni, musim pochválit skvělý prozákaznický přístup. 2x jsme řešili problém - jednou z důvodu vadného kusu hodinek, reklamace byla rychle vyřízena.
Podruhé syn hodinky rozbil a rovněž skvělý přístup obchodu k vyřešení situace. Hodinky samotné nám fungují bez problémů, GPS funguje, hlasové zprávy také. Syn i mi jsme nadšení a spokojení.

Perfektní volací hodinky za tuto cenu. Fungují výborně, volání i hlasové zprávy jsou dobře slyšet. Určení polohy také bezvadné.
Rozhodně doporučuji.

Bohužel jen 3 hvězdy

Hodinky mají čitelný displej, v čestině a dobře přehledný. Však zpracování už je horší. Na dětské ruce jsou dost velké. Baterie uvedenou výdrž dva až tři dny nemá. Konektory na hodinkách nejsou ani pozlaceny, tudíž při nošení reagují s potem a korodují. Poté nelze nabíjet a konektory na hodinkách se musí mechanicky očistit. Za ty peníze bych očekával větší kvalitu. Co se týče podpory, tak pouze přes email., ale podpora funguje celkem dobře. Velkou výhodou je, že hodinky mají simkartu, na kterou se nedovolá nikdo jiný krom vás a kontaktů které zadáte.
